The Voice Portugal 2020に出場した、リオデジャネイロ出身33歳のLuciana Bablyという歌手を探していたところ、The Voice Brasilに26歳で出場した時のデータがありました。
Luciana was born in Rio de Janeiro and is 26 years old. As a teenager, she got her first guitar and started studying music. She soon started to perform in bars and participated in some MPB festivals, where she won prizes for best interpreter. She was a bank employee, tour guide, waitress, took theater courses, but currently dedicates herself entirely to music.

とポルトガル語で書かれたサイトがあったので、Maria Bethaniaとはどんな歌手？とまず検索。この最初のGostoso Demaisという曲が、私には、以下のエルビス・プレスリーが歌った"Let It Be Me"という歌にそっくりに聞こえるのです。アレンジは違いますが。

Elis Reginaはどんな歌手？と検索したら、ルシアナがプリシラという伴奏者と歌った"Coe Nossos Pais"という曲が出てきました。驚いたのは、ルシアナがエリスのそっくりさん、まるで本人のような声と歌い方だったこと。
これがルシアナと伴奏者のプリシラ。ベスト８で終わりました。
意図的に、憧れのエリスに似せて歌っているのかもしれませんが、、、コピーしなくても、ルシアナは上手なのに。
